5. Video Content and Intellectual Property

When you upload a video listing to CreatrAds, it is stored in our Supabase storage and may be displayed publicly on the marketplace for brands to view and purchase.

Upon a completed purchase, rights to the video are transferred to the purchasing brand as defined in our Terms of Service. Until a sale is completed, you retain ownership of your content.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Purchased video content may be retained in connection with completed transactions as part of the rights transfer record.

7. Cookies and Tracking

CreatrAds uses minimal cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

If you clear your browser cookies, you will be logged out of the platform.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and secure authentication. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

9. Children's Privacy

CreatrAds is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

12. DMCA Policy

CreatrAds respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent.

How CreatrAds Responds

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, CreatrAds will review the notice for legal sufficiency, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and notify the user who uploaded it. Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts permanently terminated.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, CreatrAds will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days, CreatrAds may restore the removed content at its discretion.
